Problems
and Alternative of Problem Solving
1.
The
problem in practice teaching
The problem commonly happened in practice teaching
is the student’s seriousness in learning process. They are always making noise
and cannot be quite in the classroom. This problem is closely related to the
mental of the teacher. The students guess that the practice teacher only as a
teacher for a while is do not effect to their existents in the school.
2.
The
Problem in Non Practice Teaching
It is related to the socialization among the
students of practice teaching with the teacher and every guidance teacher. The
socialization among the student of practice teaching and teachers will be run
well in a sequence. And attitude, parting of the students getting bad in using
un- polite language that usually we use in daily that other to people around
them, and I hope it will be disappear soon.
It can be considered by the situation of their environment,
the statement I got from view teachers in SMP Metta Maitreya Pekanbaru.
And we as a practice teacher we try to make it usually as our new environment.
3.
Alternative
of Problem Solving
-
In managing the class,
the practice teacher and the students must have a closely relationship. The
practice teacher tried
to create a not rather formal situation, but it must be reached the goals of
the learning.
-
In teaching and
learning process, the practice teacher had
to arrange the lesson
plan before conducting the teaching and
learning activity. This manner will be helping the teacher to reach the goals
of the learning.
-
All of the teacher more
to be pleasant
with all of the students, because if we are as the teacher that friendly and
kind with our students,
they are will be paying attention to our subject and more closely like our
child. But it is still on line.
